He holds many certifications within the field of real estate including GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert. He is a Rotarian of the West Orlando Rotary Club, the FPA - Financial Planning Association and NARPM - National Association of Residential Property Managers. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs while not out in the field servicing our clients.
Nanette has been licensed in Florida for 35 years with a background in commercial real estate development. She is our cheerful and inspirational Team Captain, expert Listing Agent, as well as our lead Buyer’s Agent. She’s highly skilled at listening and learning each client’s unique goals while either selling or purchasing their home. A passionate advocate for each client, she goes above and beyond to find the right property, at the right price all while delivering top-notch personalized service. She holds multiple real estate accreditations and is a Certified Negotiation Expert, which enables her to negotiate the highest selling prices for our sellers and the best purchase prices for our buyers. Originally from Dallas, Texas she loves her Cowboys!
Lynette has over 28 years of experience in residential property management. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Elementary Education and Health Education. While residing in Minnesota where she is originally from, she held her real estate license for several years & obtained her CRM certification. She holds a Florida real estate license in her position with Loveland Properties. She is the Property Manager & Leasing Agent for the company. Her current responsibilities include leasing investment properties, owner communication, property operations, tenant relations and retention. She also provides administrative support to our staff. She is friendly, high spirited, well organized, professional and a team player. She has resided in the Orlando Area for over eleven years with her husband and triplet daughters that our now 18 years of age and attending college. She enjoys long-distance running with her entire family and taking weekend trips away to participate in half marathon races.
Michael grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. One day while attending Northeastern University, he received a phone call to become a Drummer in a pop band in Germany. Michael’s immediate response was one of passion and 6 days later he flew to Germany never looking back. His musical career continued for the next 15 years which included shooting music videos, touring, playing in front of tens of thousands of people, and most importantly NETWORKING. Being in the music industry taught Michael one of the most important lessons of his life: If you want business you must ask for it. After the music came to an end Michael chose to enter into Real Estate. One word to describe Michael’s overall marketing is “relentless.” More than half of his business actually comes from referrals which is not something every Realtor can say. For example, Michael represented the Sellers of a property in Downtown Orlando just a few months ago. The Buyer of the property had her own Realtor. When the transaction was complete the Buyer reached out to inform Michael how she is available to speak to anyone who ever inquires of his services. I ask you to kindly keep in mind: Michael Mouris did not represent this Buyer in the transaction. This is the effect he has on people and this is why he will continue to be successful.
Ashley has 8 years of administrative real estate experience. She manages all of our transactions and goes above and beyond for all of our clients. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Since 1979, I have been directly and indirectly involved with hundreds of real estate transactions as a banker and as a buyer/seller, and my wife has been a mortgage closer for over 22 years.
