Lynette has over 25 years of experience in residential property management. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Elementary Education and Health Education. She also holds a Florida real estate license. While residing in Minnesota where she is originally from, she held her real estate license for several years & obtained her CRM certification. Her current responsibilities at Loveland Properties include leasing, owner communication, property operations, and tenant relations and retention. She also provides administrative support to our staff. She is friendly, high spirited, well organized, professional and a team player. She has resided in the Orlando Area for the last nine years with her husband and triplet daughters. She enjoys long-distance running with her entire family and taking weekend trips away to participate in half marathon races.

Originally from Connecticut, she has lived in Florida for the past 15 years and when she’s not hitting the keys on her keyboard or phone at Loveland, Mary Ann enjoys boating, the beach, and gardening.

Michael grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts. One day while attending Northeastern University, he received a phone call to become a Drummer in a pop band in Germany. Michael’s immediate response was one of passion and 6 days later he flew to Germany never looking back. His musical career continued for the next 15 years which included shooting music videos, touring, playing in front of tens of thousands of people, and most importantly NETWORKING. Being in the music industry taught Michael one of the most important lessons of his life: If you want business you must ask for it. After the music came to an end Michael chose to enter into Real Estate. One word to describe Michael’s overall marketing is “relentless.” More than half of his business actually comes from referrals which is not something every Realtor can say. For example, Michael represented the Sellers of a property in Downtown Orlando just a few months ago. The Buyer of the property had her own Realtor. When the transaction was complete the Buyer reached out to inform Michael how she is available to speak to anyone who ever inquires of his services. I ask you to kindly keep in mind: Michael Mouris did not represent this Buyer in the transaction. This is the effect he has on people and this is why he will continue to be successful.

Anita is a highly driven and motivated Real Estate Transaction Coordinator focusing primarily on Listings and Marketing with Loveland Properties. In 15+ years in the administrative field, Anita has acquired a sense of attention to detail and an intense desire for great customer service which helps her excel in this position. With six years’ real estate experience; her career started in Harker Heights, Texas, where she first developed a love for the industry, and a true understanding of the real estate world as the Office Coordinator for a large, fast-paced, top-producing Brokerage. Her admirable personality and knowledge of this field have given her an opportunity to successfully work with agents, brokers, clients, and real estate associates at all levels. In addition to her fulltime job, Anita is a mother of two teenage boys and one little girl. She enjoys doing fun activities with family to include, cooking, sports, beach days, arts and crafts, and all sorts of new adventures!
