Lynette has over 25 years of experience in residential property management. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Elementary Education and Health Education. She also holds a real estate license and obtained her CRM certification in Minnesota where she is originally from. Her current responsibilities at Loveland Properties include owner communication, property operations, and tenant relations and retention. She also provides administrative support to our staff. She is friendly, high spirited, well organized, professional and a team player. She has resided in the Orlando Area for the last six years with her husband and triplet daughters. She enjoys long-distance running with her entire family and taking weekend trips away to participate in half marathon races.
With 25+ years in banking and as a real estate paralegal in several states, Mary Ann brings a wealth of knowledge in contracts, appraisals, inspections/repairs, warranty issues, homeowners associations and closing procedures. Originally from Connecticut, she has lived in Florida for the past 15 years and when she’s not hitting the keys on her keyboard or phone at Loveland, Mary Ann enjoys boating, the beach, and gardening.
