Cleve Loveland is the owner/broker of Loveland Properties. He has over 40 years of experience working in the real estate industry. He has successfully represented buyers, sellers and landlords throughout the Central Florida Area. He is also the #1 Voice of Real Estate featuring the "Loveland Report" Radio Show. He holds many certifications within the field of real estate including GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert. He is a Rotarian of the West Orlando Rotary Club, the FPA - Financial Planning Association and NARPM - National Association of Residential Property Managers. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and two dogs while not out in the field servicing our clients.
Lynette has over 30 years of experience in residential property management. She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Elementary Education and Health Education. While residing in Minnesota where she is originally from, she held her real estate license for several years & obtained her CRM certification. She holds a Florida real estate salesperson license in her position with Loveland Properties. She is the Property Manager & Leasing Agent for the company. Her current responsibilities include leasing investment properties, owner communication, property operations, tenant relations and retention. She also provides administrative support to our staff. She is friendly, high spirited, well organized, professional and a team player. She has resided in the Orlando Area for over fifteen years with her husband and triplet daughters that our now 21 years of age and attending college. She enjoys long-distance running with her entire family and taking weekend trips away to participate in half marathon races and enjoy Florida's beautiful beaches. She also enjoys spending time with her daughters in the Ft Myers and Naples areas while her daughters are attending college.

My husband and I moved into a rental managed by Loveland Properties in January this year. We worked closely with Lynette who was lovely and handled all of our inquiries with patience and professionalism. A couple of things needing tweaking within the house, and vendors responded quickly and the work was completed within reasonable time tables. Our experience has been great so far!
Since 1979, I have been directly and indirectly involved with hundreds of real estate transactions as a banker and as a buyer/seller, and my wife has been a mortgage closer for over 22 years.
