  7. Deliver a copy of all of the signed paperwork, a copy of your multiple listings service print out, and a copy of all printed advertisements.
  8. SUGGEST AND ADVISE you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it more marketable to the buyer.
  9. PROVIDE YOUR CHOICE OF WEEKLY faxed, e-mailed or telephoned reports to you.
  10. CONTACT AGENTS who have shown your property to keep it foremost in their minds when any changes are made.
  11. Provide a FOR SALE sign for neighborhood exposure. Prepare brochure or flyer to promote your property.
  12. PRE-QUALIFY all prospective buyers and educate you in the various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use.

  14. Represent you at the presentation of all contracts by cooperating brokers or buyer’s agents; help negotiate the best possible price and terms for you and furnish sellers’ net sheet.
  15. Weekly pending updates in which we will follow-up and keep you informed on all mortgage, title, building inspections, Wood Destroying Organism’s Reports and other closing procedures.
  16. DELIVER YOUR CHECK AT CLOSING
